Match.com Overcharged and then kicked off for asking why los angeles California Internet

I was a member in good standing for 5+ years.  I noticed that my membership was more that the agreed upon amount.  I looked in my profile and saw I was being charged $27.54 to return message to non members for free.  I never authorized this charge.  Match would not help me with this so I inquired with American Express.  I didn't dispute the charge I filed an inquiry saying I did not recognize the charge.  Two days later I am locked out of my account.  I have sent several emails and called twice  I am given the same explanation every time.  My account is closed and I may set up a new account but in order to do so I need a new name and all new info.  Cannot use the same credit card, etc.  All this offer questioning $27.  After being off match for a week I noticed I hadn't even opened the last 50 emails.  Most of their profiles are fake so it's no great loss.  But if you join, watch their fees. They charged me for 3 years before I noticed it for something I never agreed to.  Why would I pay an extra $27.54 to write back (for free) to members who have not paid? I'm done.
