Matomy is a "company" that claims to reward in-game points and items in exchange for the user completing surveys, watching videos, joining other sites, downloading programs or toolbars, or completing other offers such as credit report sites or joining netflix. However, only very few of their 'offers' are ever honored or even able to be completed. They deny completion of the offers even when confronted with screenshots or copies of the confirmation emails, and send often rudely worded replies to inquiries.

The downloads they offer are filled with adware, spyware, and viruses, despite their promise that all downloads are clean and virus free. The site will redirect you from offer to offer endlessly-telling you that there is a completion page that you must reach for the reward-but no such page exists. Other offers include submitting your info for sweepstakes or to join other sites-which they then take your information and resell it to multiple companies that will load your email full of spam (2000 + spam mails in less than one week), or tele-marketers that will call your phone at all hours trying to sell you anything from insurance, to magazines, to school programs.

 Matomy is connected to several gaming sites, including Perfect World Entertainment and many others. Once they have your information, it will spread and be resold many times to other spam sites, and you will almost never even receive the ingame reward that you were promised.

They are only operating to steal your personal information and resell it without rewarding you in any way.  They are the epitome of bad business practices and disrespect towards the consumer.
