Matrix Auto Solutions Angel Ramirez DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH MATRIX AUTO SOLUTIONS OR ANGEL RAMIREZ asheville North Carolina

I signed a contract with Matrix Auto Solutions Owner Angel Issai Ramirez to sublease my vehicle to an approved driver who will eventually refinance the car into their name. The contract stated that Matrix Auto Solutions/Angel Ramirez will provide a lease agreement showing who the car is leased to, will renew tags once registration is expired, will add full coverage insurance and they guaranteed monthly payments while the car is still in my name and allow me to inspect the vehicle whenever I need to.

 

To date they have not followed through on their contract. I have an email stating that the insurance was added to the car and the car tags were renewed. I contacted the DMV and they informed me that the car has not been registered since July 2013 and has also not been inspected. There is also no insurance on the vehicle. Essentially the car can not be legally on the road. Since Matrix Auto Solutions has had the car under their possession they have been 30 days late twice and they have not made March payment.

 

I have called them, emailed, written letters and to date they have not responded. I tried contacting them a couple days ago and all their numbers were disconnected and their website is no longer up and running. They represent themselves as a reputable company that assists individuals that due to financial problems are not able to make their car payments, however after several months they stop all contact and do not abide by the contract but yet keep the vehicle under their possession.
