Matrix Trading Solutions, Steve Symons ripoff, doesnt' honer their guarantee, won't pay back the money they owe me Torrance California

July 2005 I received a call from Matrix Trading Solutions making me an offer to Trade the S & P e-mini using an automatic trading system they developed. They showed me their impressive trading record on the internet. They offered a guarantee of a profit within four months if I agreed to the system. The guarantee was as follows, the trading system would start on August 1, 2005, if after 3 months the system did not show a profit I would get a refund of $2497.50 and at the end of the fourth month the system was still not profitable I would receive a second refund of $2497.50.

To make a long story short, the system was not profitable and it has been nothing but a problem trying to get my money back. I did get half the money back which is probably better than most people have done. There are a number of complaints against this company on the BBB web site.
