It's been a month today and I still haven't received my merchandise, or a response from the email address that DID work, which is SALES@MESHHAT.COM. I will be more than glad to correct the report when I do finally get my stuff or some kind of response letting me know what the h**l is going on.
Also, I ordered from this company once before, got my stuff in the mail no more than four days after the order was placed, but I guess that was just a one time thing.

"Our company has been in business now for 14 years and we are certainly not a scam. Our website meshhat.com the customer placed order and the order was lost in the shipping process. Custhas shipped over 250,000 orders and most orders arrive to the customer within 3 business ddays. This customer used old contact information to try and reach us. We eventually found out about the problem through this report and quickly contacted the customer to resolve the issue. We reshipped the product and the shipping tracking # shows that the order was received. The complaintant claims he cannot remove this report."
Really? The order was "lost" in the shipping process and I used "old contact information" to try and reach you? You found out about the contact info problem through my report back in 2011 and state that you "quickly contacted" me but just filed a rebuttal in 2014? GTFO...I have no idea how you are still in business...I do appreciate your timely response almost three years later in trying to get this report removed.

Like I said, once I get my hats, I will remove the report. The complaintant (me) is clearly stating that I have the ability to remove the report once the issue is resolved.
