A man Matt Hults called up and said he could get me out of foreclosure and change the terms of the loan. I researched and found out the company was legit and had no problems. A package came in the mail which confirmed what the individual was saying. They said in oder to stop the auction I needed to send them money immediately Western Union,they were going to the courthouse the following day. I felt something was up when I sent the Western Union money to a lady named "Wendy" in Hendersonville, North Carolina but figured I had to for them to stop the auction.
A couple days later a representative from the modification company in New York who was trying to find out if the package was sent back with the proper paperwork and initial funds to start working on the file. I told him I had already sent the money to a lady named Wendy....He asked to see the receipt and any correspondence which I immediately faxed. Much to my dismay I found out this one individual Matt Hults worked as independent contactor for the company and all the funds and paperwork are to go back in the Fed Ex package and returned. This lady Wendy Turner Heavey did not even work as an independent contractor but was Matt's girlfriend........Long story short is never deal with these two individuals....They are liars, cheats and scammers.
Fortunatley for me the representative for the modification company credited the account I paid to the scammers and are currently working on getting a loan modification.
If you ever come across a Matt Hults, Wendy Turner Heavy, Please stay away!!!!

I am the person(or people) being accused in this report. I did indeed contact this individual to help save his home. I have been in this line of work for many years and have helped a countless number of people save their home. I began working as a representative for a New York company(US Modification Services). I was indeed a victim as well. My job was to contact people who were in need of help, get an approval from my superior, and collect payment in an amount set by my superior. Once an application was filled out and payment was made via certified check or western union all was fowarded to New York Office. After I made contact with client and got them set up with main office my job was done. (hence the independent contractor title). I have been contacted by a number of my clients letting me know that nothing was ever done for them(after sending certified funds). I was only affiliated with this company for a short time and was in fact never compensated. The person named Wendy had absolutely no part in these deals. I was never contacted by this individual inquiring about his deal and would have gladly helped him. I seems to me that someone is coaching him into thinking something other than the truth. I am a practicing Christian and have very strong beliefs. This story does not fit. Thank You
