Matt Quaglino of San Luis Obispo is a fraudster.  He overcharges for commercial property space in San Luis Obispo and attempts to squeeze anything he can out of his tenants through various fraudulent activities.  Beware of this individual and absolutely do not do business with either his roofing or commercial property enterprises.  We hear that his roofing company is also operated in a very haphazard manner---the business has been neglected by lack of quality building these past years and it is mostly due to the management of Matt Quaglino.

in our case, he accepted a check for a deposit, and later accepted cash.  However, in a blatent greedy acxt, after he took the check and cash, he attempted to cash the check that was from an account thatw was already closed.  Unfortunately, he then took the check to the DA and tried to prosecute for the amount on the check as well.  This rip-off con-artist is all about the money--FOR HIMSELF.  He needs to be shut down.
