Matt Skinner Twelvestone Capital, Twelvestone Group, Empire West The company hired me to edit videos. They still owe me thousands of dollars and are refusing payment (after uploading some of the videos) Valencia California

Starting in November, 2016, Matt Skinner hired me to edit his online courses. It was over 40 videos. Him, along with the woman who hired, offered to pay me $3,000 for my services. 

A few months pass as I continuously work on the videos. Around February 2nd, I finally finished all 40 some videos. As the weeks turned into months, I slowly realized that they had no intention of paying me for my services. Once I saw that one of the videos I had edited was already uploaded (it has since been deleted), that was the last straw for me. 

After four months of back and forth. Four months of him pushing me aside, I finally took it to court and had someone serve him. He is now being sued by me in Small Claims. 

After he was served, his exectuive assistant rang me up. She kept saying "We'll watch the videos and then decide" She kept saying that. Unfortunatly, that's not how it works. You don't buy a car and then stop paying for it after 6 months because you don't feel like it. It was also disparaging because they had already uploaded some of the  videos. So the quality was never an issue. It was never called into play.  

Now, in an attempt to run from bad publicity (there are numerous reports about him on this website), Matt has since changed his company name from Twelvestone to Empire West. He's ducked every single one of my calls, along with his executive assistant. 

I didn't want to have to post on here, but if it stops him from using and abusing another person, then I am happy. 

If you hear word from Matt, or any of his associates, beware. It's most likely a scam. Him, and his entire team are scam artists that are perfectly contente with watching him scam person after person. 

The court date is soon. I have key witnesses that can prove he runs a fraudulant operation. But, knowing Matt, he won't even show up to court.
