We entered into a contract for project funding with Matthew Roddan, et al, over a year ago.  We placed our substantial equity deposit into a "secured" account with Attorney Matthew Roddan.   Roddan, et al, refused to close the transaction or to refund our deposit. Each inquiry as to the closing was answered with another excuse for a delay.

This is an international effort to victimize legitimate businesses.  

Their business model appears to be that they open a company, solicit "projects" or "investors", collect the deposits and then close the company and keep the money.  A search of all of the companies that Roddan has opened and closed is available through a London business internet search.  All of this information can be verified and supported through the multiple victims we've been able to locate and communicate with. 

Their promises and settlement contracts to resolve the problems have been complete fabrication that we deen an intentional delay tactic.
