Brian Matthews was once a sub contractor/ salesman for Premier HomePro, Premier HomePro is a licensed and insured home improvement contractor in Maryland and DC. Since his departure, there have been occasions that he posed as an employee of Premier HomePro and wrote contracts on the company letterhead and took cash fromt the client. He then sent unlicensed sub contractors to the site to work. When he was found out, he removed the subcontractors and kept the money.
The client is planning on persuing legal avenues.
Brian Matthews has also been known as Brian Berger. If you do a Md Judicial Case Search on him, you will find all sorts of misconduct on his part.
My husband owns Premier HomePro which is a highly rated company achieving the Angie's List Super Service Award for three years in a row. Beware of this rip off scammer. Be careful you do not sign a contract with him using the name Premier HomePro as it will never be submitted for ratification by the company. His whereabouts are unknown but he lives in Rockville. His telephone number is 202 702 3553.
If you live in Maryland or DC and he does work for you, you are entitled to sue him under the consumer protection act entitling you to all your money back plus treble damages.
He has crew members named Marco Flores posing as Julio and an old man named Hector Peroj.
