Mattress Deopt RIP OFF STORE lynnwood Washington

Do not use Mattress Depot Company at all. My partner bought a mattress from them about 14 months ago. After less then a month the side of mattress started to sag, when sitting on the side of it while putting on your shoes or getting in or out of bed. We went to the store and stated what was going on, and was told by associate that we needed to take pictures of the mattress and send them back to the store.

Partner did that and then he got an email from the corperate office he needed to supply more pictures of the mattress, and then the manufacture of  the mattress wanted the same thing. This been going on for almost a month now or longer. We stopped in the Lynnwood store on 11/12/16 and talked to associate and he stated the new mattress was in but it will $100.00 dilivery charge. I stated that is a RIP OFF and my partner should not have to pay anything for a faulty mattress. The associate stated we could put in on the roof of our Kia Soul and he would provide a cover and twine, then no charge would happen. Really that is the most stupidest thing I ever heard, its a queen size mattress, we stated no thanks and we will contact corperate office.

Today he got a call about 5:45 from someone in management from one of the stores and stated again that is thier policy and we had to pay for it if we wanted it. They are nothing but rip offs and should be shut down, and they got an A+ on the BBB site. We all know that is a lie, you can pay for that rating or fix it so you get that rating. Againg Buyer Beware and do not purchase a thing from that company. YOU BE SORRY IF YOU DO!
