Mattress Discounter & Tempur Pedic Beware buying Tempur Pedic from Mattess Discounter Burke, Virginia

I check Tempur Pedic website, they said we can try out Tempur Pedic for 90 days at their risk withou final purchase.  Mattress Discounter saleman also said we can try it out up to 90 days, with at least 30 days try out. Both Tempur Pedic and the saleman said that we can try out the TP for 90 days.  Tempur Pedic fail to mention on their website that they won't refund if customer buy the TP from a local store.  The Mattress Discounter saleman lie to us that we can try it out for 90 days.  If we don't like it we can exchange for a different same size mattress.  The saleman didn't mention that the exchange have to be the same price.  If we exchange for the lesser price, Mattress Discounter won't refund the different.

This is a scam to lure custormer to buy and mattress and can't exchange for the lesser value.  Mattress Discounter have small policy in the back to protect them. They let their saleman lie to us that we can try it out at our home risk free for 90 days (same promiss Tempur Purdic made).  Tempur Purdic won't back up their advertise that they let customer try out the Tempur Pedic at their own risk for 90days.

Both Mattress Discounter and Tempur Pedic are not alert customer that they can only exchange for the same value, no refund the different., and Tempur Pedic won't backup their advertise for 90days risk free try if we don't buy it directly from them.

It's very risky to try out Tempur Pedic at the high price.  If you don't like it, and it hurt your back, you can't return it like they said.  They force you to buy and spend all the money you spend on the Tempur Pedic, because they won't refund you the different.  This is a very bad bussiness practice and Mattress DIscounter have no intergrity to customer. 

PLease read Tempur Pedic website and the back of the Mattress Discounter carefull,  Basically, if you buy mattress from Mattress Discounter, you can't return it.  Don't listen to the sale, because they lie to you about the try out.
