We have had a terrible experience with Mattress Giant and Taylor Bedding. We purchased a Springwall mattress built by Taylor Bedding and sold to us by Mattress Giant. After several months of normal use the mattress had a huge sag in the middle. We contacted Mattress Giant and they told us that they do not sell Springwall mattresses anymore, and we have to contact Taylor Bedding.
Taylor Bedding said they did manufacture the mattress and would review our claim; however, we would have to bring the mattress some 500 miles for them to have a look. We asked them the next time their car breaks, do they expect to have to bring it to Detroit or Japan for the manufacture to have a look.
The bottom line is neither Mattress Giant nor Taylor Bedding act responsible and make good on their word to provide a suitable mattress for the agreed price. I would strongly recommend consumers do NOT deal with either one of these companies. All looks great on day of purchase; however, both will act deceptively when called upon for customer support.

Taylor Bedding has been in business since 1907 and has sold over 10,000,00 pieces of furniture and bedding since its inception. We have an "A" rating with the BBB and have been listed with them for many years. We stopped manufacturing Springwall in 1999 and discontinued selling Mattress Giant in 1997.
I can not comment on this complaint because I am not aware of it; however, if there is a defect, we still offer the Original Customer the option to bring in the mattress for repair even though they would be out of waranty.
