F Rating Better Business Bureau over 418 complaints a lot of them unresolved. This company is on the verge of bankruptcy, 8 stores closed recently and no advertising for almost 2 months when they used to advertise every week. This company is the company that covers the warranty of any mattress bought there and there record is horrendous in covering warranties and it will be even harder to get your mattress warranteed if they go bankrupt

   I bought a Sealy Optimum set from a Mr Hines who was extremelly nice and helpful at this company.I later saw him and he said he left this company because he couldn't stand how it treats customers. I received only the foundation on the day we set for delivery. I called the store and talked to the manager Michael he kept setting up dates for delivery, then made numerous lame excuses for while it wasn't delivered this went on for almost 2 months of me taking off from work. Lousy service and even worse management. I asked for the District Manager's phone number called and left messages to Jake Henderson only got his phone mail he never called. Asked for coprates phone number it turned out to be in Orlando no phone call was ever returned. I wish I would of looked at their BBB score and the numerous complains on them on the internet and rip off.
