This is a teeth whitening salon business where you can invest in what is called a dealership. In other words you can purchase everything directly from them as a package and begin doing business. All you have to do is find a location and aquire all the proper business licenses. I found this on a business start up website that can be started for under 10k. You can sign up for a conference call to speak with the owner Nikki Swisher about signing up. From the get go these people were high pressure and rude. They threw numbers around immediately. They said you can make six figures blah blah blah. They were running a special supposedly. Sign up now and get free product. $6000 for the package. Needless to say i signed up and it has been a nightmare ever since. The business was never profitable. They could care less. They just wanted $6000 plus $640 per month(12 month contract) for product to whiten customers teeth. I have heard nothing but horror stories from other owners. DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE! DONT SIGN UP! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! Call all other locations and talk to other people who are in it. They will tell you firsthand the truth. It is not profitable and these people dont care as long as they can sign you up and get your money! I beg you stay far far away from this! You've been warned!

Maui Whitening Scam! Nikki Swisher

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, December 15, 2015

The funniest thing happened to us today...us being the Maui Whitening Dealership located in DC. Nikki Swisher actually has an employee call us to say that we owed her money. Why is that funny you ask!? Well because our location has not received a teeth whitening kit since June 2015. 2 payments were taken from my account between May 29, 2015 and June 11, 2015, but no kit. I called and emailed both Jeff Zaret and Nikki Swisher, calls were not answered and their email accounts came back as inactive. I later found out that Jeff was no longer with the company. I then put a stop payment on my account. I called again and finally got an answer after days of calling and provided them with my new account info. But still no deduction and no kits. I sent another email stating that I wanted out at Maui Whitening, no answer. Finally I received a call today from a woman named Michelle. I explained to her that as of last month our location was out of kits because we had not received any since June and that we were closing shop. Her response was we owed payments for June to November and to send my lights back. My lights that I paid for ...WHY WOULD I DO THAT!! Why would I pay for kits I didn't receive...she said I was paying for using the Maui Whitening name!! They had the nerve to threaten me with reporting me to creditors. The audacity of these people. Are you kidding me!! I pray for continued success for those people that are doing well with this but those that aren't I pray that you get out!!! These people are money hungry, non responsive, unhelpful, selfish, unorganized, crazy, Christmas Grinches.

She is clearly a democrat trying to trample my right to free speech as that is what this website is all about. However, that means little to a democrat! RUN, don't walk, RUN as fast as you can from this so called business opportunity!

To Whom This May Concern,

We cannot respond to any of your false accusations based on the fact that we have never sold a dealership in the state of Georgia where you filed your report.  Your report is not only untrue, but exists in a non dealer state and is inadmissable.

For reports filed from non-state dealer particpants, assumptions are based on originating from:

1) competitors

2) reports made in malice

3) desparaging 3rd party submissions

To find out the accurate story on Maui Whitening and to have a personal converation with a company representative, we encourage you to call or email the company directly at info@mauiwhitening.com or call 1-800-581-2114.     It is always in the best interest of those looking to start a new business, to  go directly to the source, instead of reports filed in states where no Maui Whitening even  exists.

As for the author of this report, further action will be taken with an IP investigation along with a deposition in Ohio courts for false and desparaging comments.
