10 months ago (4/26/2013) I spent more than $600 on 2 tires replacement. Now one of them has a bubble, very dangerous driving with kids. An the other one seems be going on a similar path.

They explained that because my battery is not delivering 15 volts, then the suspension is not leveled, and that produced the bubble deformation on the tire.

My mechanic says that there is nothing wrong withe suspension, besides this deformation can not be caused by suspension. The only way would be a very hard hit (which didn't happened), or a defect on the tire.

If the suspension was the issue, then why the two other 2 years older not purchased at this shop didn't have issues?

The sold me defective products, and they don't want to take responsability.

My claim was only on one tire

My claim was only on one tire, so your argument based on a car issue is invalid.

A buble caused by hitting something would typically affect the rim also.

This is not the case here.

Or you just dont wish to admit that in the 10 months that YOU have driven on the tires that YOU hit a curb or two. Or a big rock. No matter HOW you try and spin it, after 10 months of YOU driving on it, odds are that YOU caused the issue and just want to blame them so that they pay for YOUR problem. You claim its both tires. Statistically the odds are highly improbable that both tires are defective at the same time. This means then that given the math involved you are more then likely a scammer.

YOU dont want to accept responsibility. Its part and parcel of vehicle ownership that items like tires are going to wear out. And depending on how you drive, they can wear out at a different rate. If both tires have a bubble then YOU have hit a few items in the 10 months that YOU have owned  the tires. Stop playing the victim, it doesnt suit you. Stop looking to the deeper pockets to pay for what is YOUR fault. If these tires were actually defective, then the "Bubble" would have shown up much much sooner. Rubber is a pretty basic compound. Once it heats up, if there are defects, then the tire starts to show those defects almost immediatly.

Since the issue has showed AFTER you owning the tires and using the tires for TEN MONTHS, then you HAVE hit curbs or rocks in the road. You can get bubbling from going to fast over a speed bump. Going over the little road chits that devide lanes can do it. You are taking one small bit of information and latching on to it as an excuse to not pay what you rightfully should. You seek deeper pockets because in your mind you are SO PERFECT that you NEVER make mistakes. So basically You think YOU are blameless in life. This is just NOT THE CASE!!!

Grow up and stop acting like a child. A child deflects their responsibility onto others.
