Ex husband Max Ellinger Father of three owes $35,000.00 in back child support. I have given him every opportunity to pay the very least. Seems a lot of NY york fathers run to FL. There is a warrant for his arrest in FL. for the back support. They will not look for him, but if he has contact with police they will hold him. He works in the food business. Chef/Cookl. Our Oldest child will be 19 soon and will be starting college in the fall. Our next oldest will be leaving high school next yr. Already paying for college courses for her during her senior yr of high school. I even gave him the chance to pay $5000.00 and keep current with the support. I would have jumped at that chance. He has owned businesses, has been on unemploment, and of course works under the table at local rest. My understanding, he does charity work for the Ronald McDonald House in his area. He has been on vacations and golfs quite often. Has a live in girlfriend who's name, is also Teresa. I am ready to send fliers to all local businesses in the area with his name picture and contact info for the local authorities. Should anyone no where Mr. Ellinger works or lives please contact someone. I'm sick of deadbeats.
