Dear sir/madam

Initially, I was contacted by Ian Wolffe (tel no. +442038683295 ext.5543) late December 2016  to invest with HBC Brokers. I opened my Account 6067017 with them for USD 250.00.  Ian then inform me invest a greater sum of USD 5000.00 which I deposited in HBC and was confirmed on the 11th Jan 2017.  A further investment of USD1.4k was made later in 2017.  By this time Max Lynch had taken my account over from Ian Wolffe.

After I saw small profits from my investment and requesting to withdraw some money, I could not.  I made several attempts (for which I have written proof), HBC brokers were rather queit, ignored my requests, and then brought some concern to me as to their legitamacy.  

I next move to get my bank, First National Bank (FNB) involved where I submitted a request for complete withdrawal of my funds, but with no success. To date they have ignored:

1. My withdrawal request from within their trading platform

2. Ignored my banks request (FNB)

3. HBC Brokers are now dead quiet even though my Account 6067017 shows it been active and appears to be legit.  The last communication I had from HBC Brokers was on the 26th Dec 2017, requesting more funds from me for further investment, but nothing comes back from from.

I told HBC in no uncertain terms that I severed my ties with them and they must return my funds but it fall on deaf ears.

I suspect they have traded with my funds for around 14 months for which I cannot show any benefit.  I am 65 years of age and thought I will take the litle that I have and invest it for a better retirement, but companies like HBC proof to be fraudulent and totally untrustworhy.

Please help me to money back.
