Maximum Field Services Scams, fraudulant, cheaters, bottom feeders, notorious, bogus, con artist, schemers Oklahoma City Oklahoma

 I first hear about this company over the internet.  Maximum Field Services is an inspection company that services banks and mortgage companies whose homebuyers have fallen behind on their payments or whom have actually been foreclosed on and the home is unoccupied. 

When I first saw their advertisement they were looking for independent contractors to work for them in my home state of Arkansas.  Once you are hired with them you will be sent out to do "inspections" that could be as far away as fifty or sixty miles from where you live. 

Maximum Field Services is owned by Anne and Nash Carey and their home office is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  According to Nash Carey's facebook page their company has hundreds of these Inspectors working for them.  The work is really quite simple but they don't pay you any money to justify driving sixty miles.

You should be very careful when dealing with this company.  Anne and Nash Carey are bottom feeders looking to make a quick buck in the mortgage foreclosure industry.  With gas being close to $4.00 a gallon you will never make any money working for them.  Also, if any of your inspections are late they will charge you $25.00 because of it.  Yes, that's right - $25.00 for an inspection that only pays $7.00 or $8.00.

You will not find out any of this information until you actually start working for them because none of this is posted on their website.  Anne and Nash obviously have something to hide because they don't even tell you their address.  I guess this is because they don't want anybody trying to hunt them down to collect the money they owe to them.

Maximum Field Services doesn't pay you anything in the first thirty days of going out doing inspections!  If you don't have atleast $500 or $1,000 saved up in gas you will not make it the first month.  They will have you driving everywhere chasing these low paying inspections and if you protest you will get these nasty emails and phone calls from Anne or Nash telling you that you are not being a "team player".

I have done a total of 23 inspections for Anne and Nash and they haven't paid me a dime for them.  I have sent two emails to them asking about my money on 5-23-14 and 5-29-14 and they won't even give me a reply.  I am glad now that I didn't try to go out and do more for them than I have because Anne and Nash Carey are nothing but lieing, cheating, low life scum.

They are not a professional organization either because who has a Go To Meeting over the internet to train their inspectors and you can hear their kids crying in the background?  None of this I am telling you is revealed to you upfront or on their website.  You will have to learn the hard way.

So be very careful with this company.  They only care about themselves and no one else.
