This representative from Maximum Recovery Solutions has been calling my place of employment. And she has numerious times with her threating calls regarding that I owe from a previous payday loan company-TenDollarPaydayloan.com. And the original balance due was $290.00. And what happen was not my fault. Back in November 2006. I had a checking/savings account with Bank of America. And someone did some fraudlent activity without my permission. So now that all said and done. I have to pay back the bank and the outstanding payday loans.
So I have made several broken payment arrangements for the outstanding balance of $290.00. I really have good intentions to pay this loan off. But I am a single mother. And it's really been hard to pay any extra bills.
If there is anyone out there that can help me with this issue. I would be greatly appreciate it.
