Maximum Security is a Monitronics dealer. This means they sell their contracts for a lump sum to the monitoring company. Monitronics is very specific about the types of deals they will purchase and this company has figured out that it is easier to forge signatures and initials in order to get their contracts purchased. Maximum Security turns in copies of checks with VOID written on the back even though Monitronics requires that customers pay for their activation fee and first month of service. They also buy prepaid credit cards to make it seem like the customer is paying with their own credit card. The sales reps are dishonest and lie to customers in order to line their own pockets. They promise free months of service and the customers never see a dime of the money. The company runs credit reports on people before going to the appointments to try and get a qualifying credit score... this is illegal because they do not have a signed contract. Overall, they cheat and lie their way into homes all across the United States and then the owners do not even pay their vendors or creditors.

this company calls my home phone number all the time i have told maximum security  to put me on their do not call list, which they have not done. the phone # is 916-437-0152 which only does out bound calls only. i had to hunt around on the internet to find a number to call which is 916-437-0900. i told the person i wanted my number removed from their system and to be sent a copy of their do not call policy per the telecommunications consumer protection act. and i was told it was not going to happen.

so i am reporting them to the california state att. office as well as the fbi and i will be taking these scamers to small claims court because i have a call log of their unwanted calls to my home. they will be laughing out  the other side of their faces when they have to pay $500.00 penility per call, and if they make the judge mad he can tripple the price of the penility. now bear in mind, in small claims court you do not get atturnorys to represent you. so see you in court maximum security.

Response to Report from the Owner Of Maximum Security Alarm

AUTHOR: maximumadvocate - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 15, 2011

Hello,

I am One of the Owners of Maximum Security Alarm. I want to respond to the claims made against me and my company.

First and Foremost I want to say that none of the accusations or claims made in the original report are true, they are all false. Nothing listed in the report is a standard business practice of my company.

The report was obvioulsy written by a disgruntled ex-employee of the company who is trying to retaliate against my company. You need to consider the source of the report, no factual information or evidence is submitted, only slanderish remarks and very bold accusations that are completely unfounded and incorrect.

My family opened this business 8 years ago out of my personal home, and have grown to have employed thousands of americans in 14 different states over 8 years. We currently have over 25,000 very satisfied customers and if you want to be treated like family then this is the right company for you

Please do not believe what 1 disgruntled ex-employee is saying, believe the 25,000 happy customers that we have established with 8 years of honest legitmate business that we have here. We have a high BBB rating and are in good standing with all local and state regulations. We are legitimately your best alarm system company, and I know that we deserve you business. Let me prove to you that we are worth it, and everything that i say

thank you
