maximum security/monitronix in sacramento ca forged signature rude customer service hard to talk to a manager, Internet

Hello i'm very upset so to fight back i hope this helps someone thats about to sign up with maximum security or monitronics.

Me and my sister had been saving for a long time to open a business well with any business we wanted a good alarm company. This company maximum security is a bad one they came to our store wanted us to sign so we said sure we wanted and signed a 1 year contract for 29.99 a month and when we got the first bill it was $34.99 so i called the customer service they said no its not 29.99 its 34.99

i said thats not what my contract says they said ok give us your number and well get back to you i said ok no one ever called me back so i called them again they told me the same thing that someone from there billing well call me back but again no one called me so i called them again and spoke to a girl name anna who transferd me to a manager named Mira well the first time after i told Mira whats going on she hanged up the phone on me i was like what do you think i'm not going to call you back and i did call her back but she was very rude

i told her that i never did a 3year contract and my  rate is suppose to be 29.99 not 34.99 she said no we are showing that you are a on 3 year contract i told her that i already faxed you a copy of my contract that states a 1 year deal she said no i have not recieved it i told her ill fax it again she gave me a fax number to fax it to and she said that once she gets the fax she well call me guess what she never called bottom line if you are a person thats about to get an alarm do your research this company is very very bad
