Maxlend I borrowed 500.00 told me I could pay off in 3 payments now I’m stuck for over 3000.00 dollars help there are charging me over $260.00 of interest what the hell I can pay back the loan of 500.00 right now but is there any way to fight this I’ve already payed $437.00 now they say I owe them 700.00 more Parshall Noth Dakota

 You were presented with s contract which detailed the terms of the loan. Did you even bother to read it so that you could object to it then??? Stacey is correct and all the repayment info was presented BEFORE you agreed to those terms!

By the way, this is 2019. You've been around long enough to read much. There is ZERO EXCUSE to be writing one long run-on sentence without any punctuation.

Next time if you are in a pinch then don't get a loan from these predatory lenders. If you credit is bad I suggest starting a savings acct and making sure you keep a check register and don't live beyond your means.
