Maxwell Sinclair Accepted down payment on vintage trailer, kept money, wouldn't allow me to complete purchase, sold trailer, Tucson Arizona

Sinclair advertised a vintage Apache 1969 pop-up camper trailer out of Tucson.  I was at that time recently made homeless from my girlfriend kicking me out of our home. I was desperate for a roof over my head. I asked if he'd take a down payment, I sent him half of the money, intending to buy it, via Venmo. He accepted the transaction. Since then, he has ceased all communication with me and I notified Pima County DA office of his shady online practices. They did nothing. In November, I found an expired classified ad for a 1969 Apache Trailer out of Tucson. I have no doubt it was the same one. It apparently sold. (Or did it?) Regardless, he welched on our agreement and I ended up sleeping out of my car for 5 weeks.  I do not know if I was "special" or this is his modus operandi.  Caveat offered for one Maxwell Sinclair of Tucson, Arizona.
