Maxx Supplements LLC Maxx Supplements Continues to Try to Bill Me After 5 Cancellation Requests Bradenton Florida

I signed up for a free trial of Maxx Trim from Maxx Supplements on May 18th, 2008. The trial was for 20 days and all it says is if Maxx Trim did not work for you simply contact them within 20 days of the original order date to cancel your account and you will not be charged.

So I called them on June 3rd which would be 16 days from my original order date and I got an answering machine that tells me if I need to cancel to send an e-mail. So I did. A lot of good that did.

Here's the original cancellation e-mail I sent:

So I sent another e-mail later since I hadn't from them yet:

So I fired off another e-mail. This time it was rather angry and not tactful at all. Predictably, it was ignored.

Yesterday I woke up to this:

So I've tried my best to get this taken care of and instead of being ethical they choose to rip me off. Further action is being taken right now. Per my bank's advice I canceled my debit card in advance since it looked as if they weren't going to charge me anyway. Good thing I did. Never sign up for free trials from these scammers.
