Maya Jewelers Sold Crap St Thomas USVI

 We apologize that you are not satisfied with the reversible ring that you purchased from us a couple of months ago. As we stated in the response issued to you previously, nobody on our sales staff represented the item you purchased to be anything other than it is. It is an inexpensive ring made out of sterling silver and the stones are white sapphire and semi precious colored gem stones. We are sorry that you assumed the salesman had made a mistake when he told you the price was only $200pounds and you thought you were getting a steal in diamonds and gold. As we all know it is impossible to get 2 carats of diamonds and colored gem stones for that price. Your receipt does not say 14k gold and diamond .it says silver reversible ring. You filled your name and address and signed the receipt agreeing to the type of ring it was before leaving with the ring so we really don't understand why you are so upset and making false allegations about our company for a 200 ring. If you ever come back to St Thomas and want a 14k gold and diamond ring we will exchange the ring you purchased and you can pay the difference towards a gold and diamond one. For your and anybody reading this knowledge we have sold over 1000 of this particular ring in our store and have never had a single customer accuse us of implying that the ring is 14k gold and diamonds at the time of sale. We have not and will not do this just to make a sale. We have responded to every phone call and email you have written us regarding the matter but it seems the only thing will make you happy is not fair to our company . we cannot send you $200 because you can't mail us back the ring because if customs in your country. It's not our fault
