Complainant Mayan Islands, Inc. (the “Complainant”) has challenged the truthfulness of certain specific statements (each, a “Statement”) posted by Author “Raley – New York New York” (the “Author”) on the Ripoff Report website at www.ripoffreport.com as Ripoff Report #788022 (the “Report”). The Author accused the Complainant of participating in investment fraud and deceptive solicitation. The Complainant denied all such allegations. The Author did not submit a response to the Complainant or any contact information. Therefore, in accordance with the Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration Rules (the “Rules), the Author waived their right to participate in this Arbitration. By submitting a Report and a Complaint on the Ripoff Report websites, both the Complainant and the Author have agreed to submit the dispute to the Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration Program.

In accordance with the Rules, the Arbitrator was asked to decide whether the challenged Statements were an opinion or a fact. If, and only if, the Statement was determined to be a statement of fact, the Arbitrator was asked to further decided if, by a preponderance of the evidence, to determine if the Statement was true or false. If the statement identified by the Complainant is determined to be an opinion, no determination will be made as to that particular Statement because an opinion cannot be determined to be true nor false.

In this case, the Arbitrator had only the evidence submitted by the Complainant to consider. The evidence submitted included Ripoff Report #788022, Complainant’s Sworn Arbitration Statement, Sworn letters from investors, and supporting documentation.

Each Statement challenged by the Complainant has been considered, together with any Witness Statements and Documents provided by the Complainant for determination of the truth or falsity of the Statement. The Author did not provide a response to the Complaint.

The Arbitrator determined that the certain statements challenged in the Report were false. Therefore, according to the VIP Arbitration Rules, those statements have been redacted.

Ms. Grove is considered to be Whistle Blower since she has formally and properly filed written complaints to both the FBI and SEC. Peyton III, but he has refused to consider or entertain this. Mr. Peyton has filed a Defamation lawsuit against Karrie Grove for $14,000,000.00 in the Southern District of Florida, the West Palm Beach Division and represents Scott Mallick Mayan Islands, and Caribbean Cove Estates.

The defamation lawsuit was filed in retaliation and to harass, intimidate and to coerce her into stop talking about the 3 plaintiffs and to stop her from talking to investors in an effort to prevent monetary losses. The Federal Court and specifically Judge Ryskamp has further injured Ms. Grove by tampering with her civil rights and Constitutional rights, Magistrate Judge Vitunac has echoed this as well. The toys in Judge Ryskamps attic seem to be interfering with his mental capability to make sound rulings, he has been on the Bench since the early 1980s and he not only famous for his long term on the Federal Bench but he practiced law before 11 years prior to the Civil Rights existed. Judge Ryskamp is known for his distaste for minorities and unfair treatment of women who come before him in his courtroom. He has received over $9 Million USD in investment monies that he was trusted to bring very High Yield Investment Return to the trusting investors. As of August 2011, not only have some of the investor lost their entire investment, one investor has become employed by Mallick and this investor lost over $1Million-this employment is the only way he will recover his lost monies. Mallick is ((Statement REDACTED as false pursuant to Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration)) in regards to the status of his real estate development in Belize. Early 2009, Mallick hired Karrie Grove to work for his company as a sales representative. Ms. Grove began to suspect things were not kosher in the day to day operations, so she quit approximately 5 months later in the presence of a group of investors who had come to Belize for the investment opportunity seminar given by Scott Mallick. Ms. Grove discovered and obtained ((Statement REDACTED as false pursuant to Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration)) by Scott Mallick and his companies. Ms Grove could not in good conscience continue her employment and continue the high salary she was paid with the knowledge that ((Statement REDACTED as false pursuant to Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration)). Ms.Grove is owed over $85,000.00 in compensation and tried to get Mallick to pay her.
