Mayor Soliman or "M. Soliman," haunts the popular foreclosure sites claiming to be an expert witness/testimony and piggybacks on the solid legal reputations of others. That is how we ran across him. He rakes in clients (and attorneys as well) by his grandiloquent display of unique knowledge that supposedly no one else possesses but him. He talks about all the cases he's won, yet he cannot show you a single one.

He promises you the moon if you hire him, yet months go by and he does nothing but tell you the types of fraud your loan contains. Then after the foreclosure, he tells you that you are stupid because you didn't listen to him. Yet he did not offer anything you could sink your teeth into so you could get the show on the road. He may indeed possess unique experience, but he lies about what he can do and has no business taking up front fees as an expert witness when the cases are not even filed...like putting the cart before the horse.

Mayer is convincing and sounds quite knowledgeable until you discover he talks in circles. He may even have ADD or an addiction of some sort. By that time, it's too late. You've given him money to get started, hoping for the great results he claims he can deliver if you just give him a chance. He is completely convinced that only HE can save the mortgage crisis if people were just smart enough to listen to him and to grasp his special information. We sensed something was wrong and asked for a refund shortly after we paid him. He promised us a refund and never delivered. My attorney friend said this is called "advance fee fraud." Good luck finding this guy. He's a slippery one.
