After seeing tv ads for the 3 step pro-lash product for eyelash enhancement I decided to check the $1 introductory deal online.  I signed up.  Somehow, when I read the membership policy I did not understand that the $1 for the first month covered 15 days.  At the end of 15 (not 30) days if I did not cancel my credit card would be charged $119.32.  What I understood was that the first month was $1. and thereafter I would receive product once a month and my credit card would be charged $34.00.  So I was shocked to find my credit card charged $119.32 16 days after I received the product.  When I contacted customer service they mad things clear to me.  They stated that after I had placed my order I was sent a confirmation email with the information regarding these charges.  I never received the email.
