MBF Leasing, LLC - Lofti Saibi Nurit 2085 costs 208.95 to buy, Lofti wrote fraudulent lease, 119.99x48mo, 5759.52 total MBF In New York, Lofti Saibi In Massachusetts

Lofti Saibi is a Senior Account Representative for Merchants Services who came to our office claiming we would save hundreds of dollars each year if we switched over to their company. He was a good con man. He wrote fraudulent contracts on our behalf. Merchants Services, is also in bed with these people. Beware of them.

Our story is very long but to be brief we had unbelievable amounts of money withdrawn from our accounts by Merchant Services, we tried to question these charges and never got any response. Lofti never called us back. We wrote a letter requesting cancelation to Merchant Services, we got no response from them within the 30 days the contract allows them.

So we were able to get out of our contract due to their negligence. The contract states they have 30 days to resolve our issues after we send them a letter in writing if they do not resolve our issues within that time they violate the contract. Well they did not and we were so pleased to be out of that contract. But not without a Supervisor named Mike Pullen who called 8 days to late giving me a real hard time, using vulgar profanties, so forth. He knew he lost and he didnt take it to well, he went as far as to call the owner of the company to harass and swear at him as well. He is dispicable. The lowest form of human being.

Now to MBF Leasing, Lofti Saibi, wrote up two contracts with MBF Leasing, we did not fill out the paperwork he said he would take care of it. Now we know why. We leased a Nurit 2085 and Verifone Pinpad 1000SE at two of our businesses. These machines can be bought in any equipment store for anywhere from 300.00 to 450.00. This is for both pieces, the Nurit being around 200.00 to 300.00 and the Verifone being around 75.00 to 119.95.

Lofti Saibi wrote up one lease for 119.99 x 48 months totaling 5795.52 and the other company lease was written for 69.99 x 48 months 3359.52. This is total and pure violation of the laws. I suggest that everyone on this site look at what they charged you and for what. I guarantee we all have been scammed this way. We all need to pursue this with the Attorney General. These people must be put out of business.

What they are doing to people is so discusting. We are seeking charges against them. We want to see Lofti Saibi arrested and we will do everything we can to see this happen. He needs to be stopped and businesses like MBF need to be stopped also. These type of business people do not deserve our hard earned monies. Let's all work together to take down these businesses.

MBF Leasing is owned and operated under Northern Leasing. They also run under 5 other business names. Check of the www.newyork.bbb.org under national search and type in Northern Leasing Systems, Inc. they have 626 complaints against them. Most of them being contractual. Do yourselves a favor and do this. They operate under many different names and its probable if you have been scammed by a leasing company Jay Cohen is behind it. He is the owner. I hope this report helps. We need to stand firm and bring them down!!!
