This company is harrassing me to pay $8,638 for credit card terminal lease. I signed up for credit card terminal to accept credit cards for my business. Soon I find out that monthly charge for the terminal was $178. I was outraged and called to cancel everything. I didnt want to do anything with this company. I returned the terminal also. But I'm told that I signed the contract so I need to be responsible, for 48 months.
I would never sign up for 48 month. The fine print some where is making them say "you signed it, so be responsible".
This company just made an offer for me to pay $6500, or else, they will take me to the court.
I see on this site many cases like me. I feel for all of you because I felt the same outrage, the feeling of being a victim of white collar crime. I am talking to my attorney, but I can see that this company is taking advantage of the amount that makes it difficult for individuals to hire lawyer for.
Is there anyone out there? Can we all get together fight together? We have to do something or more will fall victim to this. I am willing to anything to see justince.
