MBF Leasing Misrepresentation of the companies services, not informed more than one company involved and price Ripoff New York

I was approached by a Bank representative with Integrity of Texas, I was lead to believe that I would be doing business with Integrity of Texas only and not MBF Leasing.

I was told I would be billed $89.95 monthly that was turnkey now another company has been calling me (EVO) and is telling me I owe them $67.33 per month as well as the $89.95. I would never had agreed to this amount had I been told the truth and still have not received a copy of the contract from EVO. I tried to fax EVO with a letter requesting a copy of my contract only to find that the number I was given was disconnected.

I have had numerous harrassment calls from MBF Leasing when I call them back they put me on hold or through someones voicemail or they just hang up on me. The only way I can talk to someone is when they call demanding the monthly payment then when I start asking more questions they tell me they are going to put me through to someone else and of course I never get to talk to anyone because it either goes into voice mail or they hang up on me once again.

I have not even used the machine for my home/internet based business and they are charging me monthly fees, part of the agreement was that the billing would not start for 2 months this was in the end of November and they started calling me 3 weeks later.
