 I have been trying to cancel my lease with MBF leasing for years and  they want an ridiculous amount of money to cancel .   I have been fight back and forth with them for 5 years. There equipment ran but but did not work, there was no processor for it.  i had a check machine.  it was supposed to verify checks and help recover any bad ones....... it passed bad checks and did not recover anything.  within 6 months i realized it was useless but could not get out of contract.  

recently i realized this was a country wide issue and changed my account so they could not get my money... now the are threatening me and calling......    really hope one of these lawsuits goes through... i cant afford them anymore or the head ache they are starting to create

Mbf Leasing LLC They tell you that they can lower your credit card fees. Make you sign a long lease for renting their credit card machine and don't let you out when you change your mind. They don't have early termation even if you are willing to pay. New York New York
