MBM Moving Systems Over charged, held items, changed confirmed date once. Internet, Internet

I will complete this report and turely submit it once the move is completed, the items are found to be intact and in the same condition, and the supervisor Ken Tron contacts me to midigate the additional days my elderly parents personal belongings are being held after the "second confirmed" delievery date.

If Ken Tron can make this right .... I will drop this report.  If he can not do the right thing, I will continue to use the social media to continuously talk about the details of what had happened with this move.
