MBM MOVING SYSTEMS posing as Fraud, United Stole my whole lifes belongings memories my kids clothes and life destroyed by a company that lies and is getting away with it over and over again. Greensboro NC

I hired united so I thought to move my stuff long distance.  I had no idea they farm there work out and I discover on the day of pick up that mbm moving system is moving my furniture. This is Dec 18th and 19th After the mess of the driver thinking there is more furniture than discussed they loaded the truck. Had I known that would be the last time I saw my items I would never had let them take it. I was supposed to get a call after three, days telling me, the weight and cost if there was to be more.

After 5 days I calked spoke to dontae and he told me, the truck weight was 13500 so I owed a difference since I was quote for 12000 pounds. I asked when my stuff would arrive. I was pronised by the driver toby that my items would not leave that trailer not to worry. I was also told by toby that I did not need to spend anymore money on extra insurance not to worry they never lost a move yet. I believed him. I was also promised I would have my stuff in 6 days. So I put my oxygen. Cpap machine and all my medicine on that truck. All my clothes, kids clothes everything is on that truck.

Brand new washer dryer refrig on that truck. After 4 more days I call back and get deanglo who tells me no disrespect but you should of got it in writing. They have till jan 5th to get you your stuff. Dec 27 at 2 in the afternoon I get a call from the driver toby telling me he cant in good faith vouch for my itens as they have been moved and not by him and stuff is broken. Also that frank the owner is shady he hires nothing but felons and than exploits them. He said if they dont do what he, says he gets them violated.  So most do what he, wants. My heart sank. I called right away.

I have, with every calk asked for a supervisor got told they put a request in for Tamakia to call. Nothing. I can not get her to call. I found another company to move us but they  are 12000 and I do not have it. I oaid 3500 up front, when I arrive with my kids in Az I had nothing I spend 1000 to get basic stuff. I am broke and feel so used and taken advantage of. I call in again and dontae sats get another company and hurry I fear for you. I am 2100 miles away. I dobt kniw what to do. I call the number he gives me I get frank who days dont use the otger company I finally got another job in nevada and now I will load on the,14 and. You will have your stuff on the 18 or 19th. 

My husband lives in charlotte he drove to greensboro just to check on our, stuff. This was on the 6th. Than I get, a call early on the,10th your items left. We got another call in texas so driver had to leave early but you will get your items on the 14 or 15 of jan. The driver will call direct. If not frank will call me on monday. No call on monday instead tuesday I get a call from the driver they are going to pay you 60 cents on the pound they got rid of your stuff. Selling it off. I am so sorry.p

They are going to keep moving your date until they feel its time to say your stuff was destroyed.  I should have never told you to not take the insurance. I had no idea. 

I am angry sad upset . I feel helpless. When you call you get nothing. But lies if you get a person. Like donte telling me tamika will call you when your stuff arrives to work a deal thats probably why she is not calling you. Frank its not cost affective. Omg now ive lost everything with no way of replacing anything. Hell I can not walk because my walker is on that truck. 

So beware please dont be taken like I was.
