MBM Vista Vista Ca. Sold me an Old West Cookbook which I never received and charged two different services I did not agree too at $19.95 each case Vista California

I purchased a cookbook titaled Old West Cookbook from an add I saw on Facebook.com for $9.95. of which I never received. Nowhere on the site it sent me to did it say that they would also charge my bank account $19.95 per month for whatever sevices that they provide. Also there was no mention that I should cancel said unknown services at anytime. The first charge to my account was from RMC Copied of Vista California conformation #73991126. The second charge was from MBM Vista conformation #25758 also of Vista California, (One and the same? I think so). Two withdrawls on Two differant days. Since I cannot contact either of these companies to get a refund of my money I will now pusue restitution by conntacting the Federal Trade Commition and alo the Missouri State Attorny Generals Office.
