MBM&F Acai-aSlim Deceptive Practices! "Free" trial is by no means free! Riverton Utah

I ordered a 14 day trial sample of Acai-aslim with the understanding that all I had to pay was $5.95 for shipping and handling. The product came as expected, however there was no invoice or other paperwork other than the shipping label attached to the package. I did not reorder this product yet I received another shipment of the product about 3 weeks later and called to inquire as to why it was sent to me. Apparently after the initial 'trial' you must cancel or the full amount of the first product will be charged and they will continue to mail you addional product each month at the regular rate of $79.95! Additionally, also as part of your 'trial', you are automatically enrolled in some "Fit Factory" website for which you are charged another $19.95 per month.

These auto-enrollments are never brought to the consumer's attention when ordering or upon receiving the product. But when you call to cancel, the representatives are insistent that there has been no fraud or deception because the terms are available on the website. Be warned, that you are not prompted to view or agree to these "terms" prior to submitting your order. The link is extremely small and at the very bottom of the screen; this is udoubtedly by design, and with the intent that it goes unnoticed by the majority of the potential victims . . . I mean consumers. Legally the information is there, but the company's practice is extremely deceiving. They did cancel both of my memberships with no problem, but refused to credit the initial amount since I did not cancel in 14 days.
