I used the product and gave it a reasonable time in order to see positive results. When I did not see ANY results, I then started sending the product back exactly as packaged with a letter asking them to cancel future orders and asking for a refund. The company continued sending the product, charging my account. I had called several times prior to sending the product back and no one ever answered the phone. I tried one last time to get through and When I finally did, the lady who answered said that in order to cancel you MUST CALL FIRST. She said no prior orders would be credited to my account even though they had received the product back in good order. That is rediculous and obviously a complete scam.
If this company were, indeed, on the level, receipt of their product back in the original packaging along with a letter asking for cancelation of future orders and a refund should be sufficient.
The product is a complete scam.
