I ordered the $4.95 trial of Lift SP. and received it. It was charged to my credit card along with other charges that I did not order or want. I called the only number I could find for Lift SP and told them to stop. They said I "agreed to this and they couldn't take the extra charges off. When I told her I would contact my credit card company and have the charges removed, she said I was "stealing" I was spoken to very harshly and I don't appreciate it. This is certainly, as far as I am concerned, a "RIP OFF"! I will contact an attorney if I have to.

I apologize for the poor customer service you recieved, and I would be more than happy to take care of anything that I can for you. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 8am-5:30pm MST. If you call the customer service line any of the representatives are willing and able to assist you, although e-mail is recommended because our phone lines can entail very long waits because we are so busy.
