MBM&F - Ultra Lean Unauthorized Auto Shipment for $69.87 every two weeks Riverton Utah

MBM&F-Ultra Lean goes by many names, apparently, as my search for contact info for this company led me to discover. I naively signed up for their $14.95 offer for their green tea weight loss product. My suspicion and worry started when after hitting submit to the order, I received no order confirmation on the screen, and my "sent to email" invoice was a bunch of gobbledygook from an email address that did not allow me to reply to it (despite having the name "support").

When I received my $14.95 shipment, it came in a in a plastic canister with only the shipping label and no invoice inside. I decided I would not try any of the product for fear of it's quality given the shady circumstances of the order and dismissed the product since there was no invoice and no easy way for me to contact the company.

Just a few weeks later, I received not one, but two more unauthorized shipments, and two charges for $69.87 were placed on my credit card from the company who was now calling themselves "Ultra Tea Green" rather than the original "Ultra Lean Green". I had to search for any means of contact with this company, and the number I did finally manage to secure wasn't even on a page that had the shipping information on my packages.

The girl I spoke to (I.D. #125) had a ready script as it seemed this was a common complaint. She said that I had agreed to the Terms and Conditions as linked on each page of their site -- but never mentioned on the order form, and again no invoice claiming my agreement either. She did agree to cancel my plan (that I didn't sign up for) and refund my money for the last shipment (though I had two unopened, unauthorized shipments, one apparently having passed it's prime despite being shipped with days of the other).

Please do not order from this company! Buyer Beware!
