mbsloan granted sign in &submit wait for approval requested $4oo was denied $200 put in account later $200 was on bank statement but i never recieved the second $200.oo.i called mbsloan allday to get through have to put soc sec #to get connected. Agent rude hanged up phone.poor cust serv. guilt that they robbed my account from aug18 2011 to aug 2012 of $79.oo bi-weekly. they owe me about 1800.00.Lady was ghetto speaking not listen and hanged up phone,which takes another whole day get through.mcu bank paid three months.mbsloan refuse to payback money the stole out my account w/o consent.mbsloans u got over $4oo.oo.question is why was amount separate and not full amount of$4oo.oo why halfnhalf money entry mistake.I need my money put back in my acct.
