I had to with draw from Full Sail University, which apparently uses MBSDirect, although they are not even a college to select when you try to use MBSDirect website. In returning the books, a little later than expected, yet before a semester would end, they simply sent me 22.50 when in fact the value of the books returned
What's with this, has anyone had any problem with this company? They don't seem to be customer friendly, or understanding of customer relations. I am a reasonable college student with lots of tuition payments due and having these problem with textbooks is a waste of time and value all around. Stick with Barnes and Noble and Amazon!
