This is a small office of land engineering and surveying. I found dealing with Mark Ziegler extremely frustrating. I heard every excuse and blame made to New Castle County planning.Unfortunately it was Ziegler's lack of knowledge and understanding of county rules. I found mark Ziegler to be unethical and dishonest in business dealings. He also hit me with a last minute resubmission fees that were unreasonable to tune of nearly $50,000 that I consider robbery.
What you want is a land development firm with capable employees and not this backroom excuse mill.?
