I contacted them about buying a car . They ran my credit and told me I was pre-approved for financing with little to no money down,depending on what vehicle I wanted . I told them I would not be able to pay any money down until the first of October and I could wait until then to drive to their dealership to look . They reassured me that there was no need in waiting because if I had to have any money down they would work it out with me.

I then scheluled a appointment to be at their dealership that following saturady at one in the afternoon. After talking to my wife I contacted them two more times just to make sure I understtod them correctly and was not going to waste a trip down there on my only day off and they once again confirmed everything was a \"Done deal\" all we had to do was show up and pick out a vehicle.

My wife and I arrived atthe dealership about an hour and a half early so that we could look around a little and was promptly met by a sales man and we told him that we had an appointmen at one. We then went to his office met the finance manager and he told us that their internet department was not available that day and this other guy was going to be taking care of us and that he was number one on customer satisfaction.

We then went out to the lot and he showed us what we could get. After test driving a few we found the one that we wanted. We then went inside to fill out all of the paperwork and soon the finance manager came in and told us that we need a down payment so we told him about our conversation on the phone and he left came back and wanted even more of a down payment. 1500 right then and then another 3000.00 on the first of october, we agreeded to do it.

Then we waited for a while and when he came back he said that the only way that he could do a loan was if we had a co-signer, we informed him once again of the conversation that we had on the phone with a guy and he acted like we didn't know what we were talking about or that we were lying. He asked if one of the kids over the ago of 18 would do it and we told him that we were not going to ask them.

After that he said he would be right back he was going to talk to his boss and see what he could do, about 10 more minutes go by and the salesman came back in a told us that he said no, unless we had a co signer. He was nice and offered that if we got a co signer and could work the deal out that he would bring us the vehicle, which was nice but the finance manager never even came back in to talk to us, tell us thanks for our time or nothing. He was quite rude.Damage Resulting = A whole day of lost work at 60 an hour for 12 hours and about 300 dollars between gas and food for a total of 1020.00 and we got nothing, not even a apology
