MC Construction Resource Group, Inc. (formerly McAdams Constructors Corp.) is a construction company located at 5501 West Waters Avenue, Suite 407, Tampa, FL 33634 doing commercial construction business throughout the state of Florida. Chris McAdams, the owner of MC Construction Resources Group, Inc. contracted Alpha Dumpsters, a dumpster rental company in Largo, FL, to provide dumpster service on three (3) of their projects. Chris McAdams has failed to pay Alpha Dumpsters $6,225.38, which is rightfully due.
Alpha Dumpsters provided dumpster service for Chris McAdams for two (2) Circle K remodels in Naples, FL and for Chris McAdams' own office remodel in Tampa, FL. Alpha Dumpsters completed all work on-time and at the agreed upon prices. Chris McAdams simply stopped paying Alpha Dumpsters and stopped returning calls. This is not an issue of Alpha Dumpsters failing to do its job. This is an issue of Chris McAdams failing to meet his financial obligations.
On April 21st, 2008 Alpha Dumpsters was awarded a default judgment, against McAdams Constructors, in Hillsborough County Florida Court for failure to pay $6,225.38. To date, Chris McAdams has not paid this money and said he has no intention of paying Alpha Dumpsters.
Shortly after the default judegment, Chris McAdams closed down McAdams Constructors Corp. and reopened as MC Construction Resource Group, Inc. Gee, I wonder why?
Alpha Dumpster created this website to let those who are contemplating using MC Construction Resource Group, Inc. on a project that Chris McAdams has failed to meet his financial obligations to a sub-contractor, which can put you and your project at jeopardy under Florida's tough Construction Lien Laws.
