I am a single Mom raising 2 children. I live from paycheck to paycheck. When I saw this advertisement sent to me in my emails, I did the online application for $5000. I was contacted by phone on 12-5-2009 from Terry Carson. He told me that he had gotten my loan approved and proceeded to tell me what I (on my part) had to do to receive the the funds. I was in contact with Mr. Carson several times, either by phone or fax. Once again, I signed, dated and faxed back the information to Mr. Carson. He was not a very professional man and was very rude at times about me asking questions. The same way with Mr. Fischer.

At first he told me I had to send five payments in the amount of $757.70. The next day or so I called Mr. Carson and told him I did not have that amount of money. So he called me later on that day and said he could do five payments and to get $660 He told me once I had that amount to call him and he would tell me where to send the money. At that time he told me to Western Union to Jessica Casson in North York, ONT Canada.Told me what color form to ask for and to do money in minutes. Then I was to call him back with 10 digit control #.

After doing that he told me that the funds would be in my checking account the next day. He told me if they weren't in my account by 9:00 am to call him. Before I could call him, another guy by the name of Michael Fischer called me and said the file had been given to him. He then said that due to something that was overlooked in my credit, I would have to send four more payments in the same amount. I started getting very upset with him and told him I did not have another four payments.

At that time I told Mr. Fischer that I wanted my money refunded back in my account immediately. He told me that he couldn't do that. He explained that they only refunded money one time a month on the 1st. Well, I then he told me that the 1st was a holiday and it would be the 2nd. Well, that's on a weekend. A day or so after that I started trying to contact Mr. Carson by phone only to learn that the phone # had been disconnected.

Is there anything that can be done at this point? I really need my money back. And I know that I'm not the only one they have done this to. So, please help and let me know what I need to do next.
