In 2004 McClane Ent, Inc. Frank MCClane Julia DiNova ordered an Apex Modular Ranch Home. February 29, 2004 I gave them a deposit of $20,000.00 to hold the price of the home because Julia DiNOva said the price of wood was going up March 1, 2004. We were lead to believe we were getting a Premier Modular, not Apex. This was the first time they had dealt with Apex.

Frank McClane was to be at our site August 23, 04 with his crew and the set crew when the modular arrived. He was to check all the materials shipped for the button up, supervise the moving of the modular off the road and set on the foundation. Frank and his crew was to do the button up. Frank McClane never arrived on August 23.04 when the modular was delivered. On his cell, he said he'd be here but never came.

WE had to find a set and button up crew. It cost us extra money for the button up that we didn't have. The house was not done exactly to our specks. There was things wrong.

We gave our complaint to the Attorney General's Office on August 15, 05. McClane Ent. went bankrupt on September 15, 05. We now found out that we have to make a complaint to the State Troopers because we feel they commmited fraud. We contacted another couple that had problems with McClane Ent. and we are trying to find anyone that has been ripped off by them to please contact us and the bankruptcy trustee, noted below. McClane Ent. turned our Dream into a nightmare.
