This service department has a bad reputation in Fullerton. I know for certain at least one case was brought against them in small claims court and they lost. It was a woman who was not treated well and got ripped off.

I have dealt with the service department there for many years. Their scam is when they sell a car new or used they offer free lifetime grease and lube. Each time regular service is scheduled usually corrective work is needed.

In my case I would go for alignment and then not realize it hadn't been done right gone on the freeway. The alignment not right my car would rattle as if it were going to break apart at only 60 mph. If I complained they'd fix it no charge. I simply do not have the time to complain and keep returning for corrective work. They simply let me drive out with an unsafe car more often than not. On other occasions and for others here in Fullerton a loose hose or some other repair would be needed right after the regular service visits.

I would not reccomend any women or especially any black women go there. Joe Green the service manager will treat you like a second class customer that doesn't really count. I am through with the abuse.

Call Me Stupid

AUTHOR: Cory - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, July 10, 2004

The place has a bad reputation, thet lost a court case in which they treated a woman poorly and ripped her off, they do unneeded work, they do bad work, I have to return to get it done properly more than once, they send me out in a dangerous vehicle in which I might be hurt, they sabatoge vehicles to produce more work, they treat me like a second class citizen, I don't count, and I get abused.

And, I continue to go back for "many years". Just call me stupid. But thanks for the warning for those of us who will read this post and go elsewhere.

the radiator was leaking

AUTHOR: Susan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, July 09, 2004

I just was speaking with a lady at the grocery store who had also bought a truck from McCoy Mills in Fullerton. She told me that she had the same problem with tire service there on her old car, they couldn't get her alignment right either. She decided to purchase a used truck from them and said within one week of driving it the radiator was cracked and leaking. She had corrective work done and it was covered by the warranty. Obviously the car was not checked before the sale or she wouldn't have had a leaking radiator only one week after purchase. Just another person who needed corrective work. She asked me where she could go for more reliable service for her tires.
