Unpleasant experienced at McDonald located at 7267 Wurzbach, San Antonio, Texas 78240, store # 7850.

On February 8, 2007, we have come to expect quality of food and service from the above mentioned branch, it was therefore as surprising as it was distressing when we sadly, had unpleasant experienced by one of the member of the management team (Jeannie Acosta) at the McDonald's location. On that day, my husband left a message of complaint to Mr. Stagg (Owner/Partner!) who did not return back his call to understand the nature of the complaint.

We then spoke with the area supervisor, Mr. Ali who has promised us to immediately refund our money and we will get either a letter of apology or a phone apology by that member of the management who was so rude and refused to refund our money for the wrong orders, I have to report the matter to San Antonio Police Department, who suggested to take a legal action since it's a civil case.

Unfortunately, as of today, we did not receive our money back nor the manager has called to apologize as promised by the area supervisor.

The above unpleasant visit was not the first negative experience that my family and I had with this McDonald located at 7267 Wurzbach, San Antonio, Texas 78240, store # 7850, and since the store manager, Jeannie Acosta was rude and I believe is lacking of a good customer relation, therefore, we don't want to visit this location any more.

My husband has addressed this issue at our San Antonio annual meeting and we found out several negative experience at this location related to management issues. The matter was reported to Texas Better Business Bureau.

We demand:
Refund or money $10.55 and an apology from the owner of the establishment to be sent to our mailing address.

Misreported Store

AUTHOR: Dagwood Degero - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, September 25, 2009

Ned Stagg runs a great business, I have never once had an issue with any of his owned restaurants, and have personally been to this establishment many times. The place is clean, and I never have had issues with my order being wrong. To go through so much for something so little is disrespectful to the company, the employees who work themselves to tears all 52 work weeks in the year for minimum wage without complaint, and to other customers who come to these stores on a regular basis, being forced to wait while you complain that your 2 minute old fries are too cold. These kind of complaints bring my blood to a boil; to go through so much for so little. There are enough people with these kind of complaints on a daily basis at every McDonald's in San Antonio, usually due to a minor mixup or somebody's blatant impatience, but the management staff operating under the Stagg Restaurant Partnership name is more than competent enough to handle these issues on a store level, quickly resolving them in a satisfactory manner. This has been my experience every time I visit any of the Stagg establishments and I hear another customer complaining. I once even had the painful experience of having to wait for my order because one impatient woman demanded the dedicated attention of the entire store's management while she got her 50 piece nugget mixup resolved. The issue? She only got 49 nuggets. They had her sauce fine, and her drinks, just one nugget missing. It took her 15 minutes to calm down. The staff got me fresh fries, fresh patties on my burgers, and a prompt apology for the wait, despite it not being their fault. I don't know what this is about not receiving an aplology from the head offices, but my guess is that this person is either hard to reach or isn't paying attention. All of this complaining for $10.55, and not explaining what the initial issue was about? Come on now...
