Waited 8 months for an item they said was in stock. Delay after delay, Arnie's never in. Rich / Ben (who might actually be the same person!) put me on hold for 30-45mins until I eventually hang up and redial. If by some miracle I call when Arnie (the owner) is in - he happens to be tied up with other business or has an unusual work schedule. Still waiting on a $800 refund. Do not deal with these people.
